FAQ · Request a meeting

Questions first. Then a conversation.

The answers operators ask for before the first call, and a five-minute form when you are ready. We respond within one business day.

How do you connect and get my information?

With your sign-off, we set up read-only access to your EMR (PointClickCare, MatrixCare, DKS or whatever system you use) and view-only access to your operating and lockbox accounts. It takes one short setup call with your billing or IT person. After that nobody on your team sends us anything: our agents pull census, billing, A/R aging and deposits on their own every day.

Do I have to give you access to my systems?

No. If you would rather not give view access, you can submit your own information instead. Upload your census report, A/R aging, roll-forward and bank statements through the portal on your own schedule, and we build the same certificate from them, with the same line-by-line transparency. The only difference is timing: connected borrowers see availability refresh every day, while self-submitting borrowers see it refresh each time they upload. You can switch to a connected setup whenever you like.

How is my information protected?

Our access is read-only. We cannot change anything in your EMR or move money in your accounts. We pull only what a borrowing base needs (census, billing, aging and deposits), not clinical notes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, only the people on your account can see it, and we sign a business associate agreement before we connect.

Is there a human at the other end?

Yes. The agents do the gathering and the math; a person on our team reviews and approves every borrowing base before it sets your availability, and approves every draw. You have one named contact who knows your buildings and picks up the phone.

What happens if there is a mistake?

You see every line the agents produce, so a wrong number is easy to spot. Flag it in the portal or call your contact, and a person reviews it the same day and corrects it. Every correction and the reason for it is logged where you can see it. Before availability posts each morning, our reviewer also checks for anything that looks off, such as a deposit that doesn't match a payor or a sudden jump in aging.

What does "transparency" actually mean?

You see the same screen we do. Every receivable we count and every one we exclude, with the reason. How your aging moved. Which deposits landed yesterday and what they paid. Where your realization factor comes from. Every dollar of interest and fees as it accrues. If your availability changed, you can trace exactly why in under a minute.

How do you actually work with me and support me?

We help you understand your cash needs, not just your line. Together we map your month: when payroll, rent, vendors and debt service go out, and when Medicaid, Medicare and MCO payments actually come in. You then see where the gaps fall and exactly how the line covers them, week by week. Each day the portal shows your availability and a projection of where it is heading, so you time draws to your monthly payments instead of reacting to them. Your contact walks through that cash plan with you, flags pending Medicaid applications and slow-paying claims before they become a shortfall, and adjusts as your buildings change.
